Stay clear of Madwire Media/ Marketing 360
Madwire Media/ Marketing 360 is a huge scam, they promise the world to you but deliver you to a remote desert island thousands of miles from shore. They *** you and talk in circles in order to keep you hanging on by a thread so they can keep extracting $2000-$3000 a month from you while maybe spending $200-$300 on google adwords, etc.
They transformed my already great website into a mediocre copy. Their team will have you believing that your biggest problem once you sign up will be how in the world to service all the extra business you will be recieving........WRONG. They tried to post fake reviews to my google. They did something with our phone number so that we were getting calls from all over the state for other flooring companies, probably 100 calls from pissed off people wondering why their calls to other flooring stores were being routed to us????
Totally unprofesional and dirty tactics used by this company.
How do they get away with this, by extorting enough money from you before you figure it out so they have plenty of money to wipe away all their bad reviews and to pay lawyers to bully you. STAY CLEAR IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS AND/OR MONEY, ONLY WISH I LEARNED BEFORE THEY STOLE $8000 FROM OUR COMPANY

BUYER BEWARE!
BUYER BE WARE!
I'm a newer business owner and searched many different web developers before choosing madwire. After speaking with madwire sales, they sounded like a good options, but I was completely wrong. Madwire is great at marketing/selling themselves, but horrible at doing the same for you. They over promise and do not deliver. Being a newer business owner I had very little marketing budget and Madwire sucked it up, and completely wasted it. I saw 0% return on my investment! I had to handwalk them through every step of the development process, spending hours of my time to make sure all typos were fixed, and there were A LOT. I spent thousands of dollars because they were suppose to be the experts, if I would have known then what I know now, I would have saved myself over $3000 and built it myself. Now I'm having to spend several thousand more to have another site built by a reputable company. When I called with concerns or issues about my site, I was informed that I wasn't paying for the website, that is was "free", and that I was paying for marketing and paid advertising, and I received no help.
Learn from my mistake, DO NOT hire madwire. There are many other reviews out there that say the same thing as mine. Do your homework, and don't get burned like we did! This business should NOT have an A rating!
I will say one thing for them though, their staff is very nice, but I didn't pay thousands of dollars for someone to be nice to me, I needed results.

They did not build a custom website as they stated they would.
6 weeks ago, Madwire Media sales rep stated that they would build a custom website for me. I asked if it would be custom, or a customized template. He stated to me very specifically that it would not be a template. I would have been okay with a template. But after three weeks of waiting and wondering what they were going to create for me, they sent me a generic wordpress template with a company name added, banner text filled in, and subtitles. That's it. It was sort of a mock-up. But mostly just a generic template...
The rep had stated at sign-up that they would not need content for three weeks. After the website was to be built, then they would put in the content.
I could not work on content last week due to other obligations. But, today, after 2 days of submitting content to the content writer that pasted the content into the template for me, Steve, a manager, called me and statated that I was tying up his content writer by sending her content as I finished it. He then requested that I get all the content finished, the photos selected and sent in, the forms, the email account (that they don't deal with), any other changes that I can think of, the merchant account portal, the docusign portal..... Everything exactly how I want it so they will only have to work on the template 1 time. They say the marketing department will do any changes that are needed after the site goes live...
I dont know, maybe I am wrong. But wouldn't I want the site to be the way I want it before it goes live, especially if they are anxious to start the marketing.
I am not a webdesigner. But they have delegated all of the legwork to me.
Whenever I talk about how my website looks. They must all be trained to say, " It doesn't matter how it looks, as long as it converts." I have heard that statement from two staff members so far.
The worst part is, I am not sure that working with them will get any better in the future. I only have a 6 month marketing agreement for $1000.00 per month. So I get the marketing whether they build my website or not, as long as I pay, I assume. Although the site is at least week away from completion... about 6 weeks after signing-up now...
I was required to pay the second months marketing payment of $1000.00, although the website isn't finished or online yet. So I am $2000 deep into an incomplete wordpress template after 6 weeks, artially my fault.
I should be writing content now. But I am so dissapointed in the mis-representation of the sales staff and "Go live" team manager, that I had to get this out... Steve finally admitted that the template was customizable rather than custom. But he has disregarded that I was mislead during the sales presentation, and that he has also tried to explain away the misrepresentation.
I am not happy that I am not happy with my decision to use them, so far. First of all, don't lie to me. And don't lie to me to cover someone elses lie. Admit your mistakes and try to make up for them. And never tell your customer that they are wasting your staffs time.
I wasted 3 weeks waiting for something that was never going to happen. And now I'm doing all the legwork that could have been done during that time....
I hope the marketing department is suprisingly different than Sales, and the "go live team"... I haven't even spoken to a webdesigner. I guess you have to be an employee to do that. Because I guess customers would waste the designers' time.
Isn't it possible that a web-designer could save some valuable time if he knows what the client wants. There is no reason for guess work. That's not what I pay for!
The website is free. But I will owe them to maintain it if I stop using their marketing..$45 per month is the fee... And If I default on the marketing, I will owe $3000 for the site added to the $6k for marketing that has not been used. So the website isnt free...
So build it for me like I am a $9000 customer for now. And a potential long term client.... And never again tell me that I am wasting your time!
Madwire probably thinks that this is a waste of their time.
MADWIRE MEDIA LIES HORRIBLE COMPANY
Madwire Media is the absolute Worst choice you can Make!! The fact that they blame any kind of failure or complaint that you, on the customer not knowing what they want to do is an absolute JOKE!! These guys need to go. They are horrible!!!!!
They failed to deliver on their promises to market my site. I was told when signing up that I had the option to lower my service level it I did not think I was getting results.
Not only am I not getting results, Andrew my marketing rep defiantly told me that I was under contract and could not change me service plan. TOTAL LIES!!!!
I SWEAR TO GOD ON MY LIFE STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!! I READ THE BAD REVIEWS BEFORE I SIGNED UP AND IGNORED THEM AS I WAS SWAYED BY THEIR SALES REP LUKE. I WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER OFF JUST DROPPING $5,000 IN THE STREET. WHAT A JOKE!!!!

Best Professional experience of my life
I want to go on record saying that working with Madwire Media is one of the very best professional experiences of my life! I am small business owner (http://www.salesexcellen…) and the ultimate demanding customer.
Everyone at Madwire has worked their tails off to do everything that we have asked them to do. Sal my sales guy, Brandon my website development project manager, Will my marketing executive, and Brian my video and motion graphics expert are truly THE BEST I have ever worked with! Their pricing is extremely reasonable. Their responsiveness and attention to detail is second to none!
Take it from a guy who has wasted A LOT of time and money with part-time developers and consultants, Madwire is the real deal. Try them!
If you are not happy, contact me personally at +1-30*-674-**** You wont be sorry. Madwire is the best!!Bill S.

every complain I read about this company sounds familiar. This is their model.
1. get a couple great sales people to make you feel they are going to kill it for you and with you. 2. put you with a team that does not guide you and confuses more and more throughout the process.
3. by the time you realize they have no clue what they are doing you try and part ways but are stuck in a contract. They got us for around $25k and countless of wasted hours going around in circles. 4.
This is what they are good at. Making sure they keep your money and make you feel its your fault.
They probably employ more people to handle charge backs then they have folks working on your direct to consumer marketing strategy. btw their founder is a man of God and professes he is truly blessed.
Anyone knows how to get out? I only signed on the day before yesterday and they have not started working on it at all except the kick off meeting.
They want $2300 to get out of the contract. Don't I have three days to change my mind?
I have them now. Same thing as you describe. Any company that you would recommend?
Footbridge media and Ewebefi
I use them both and have had good experience
Madwire360 is bad news, with liars and *** artists. What a waste of money Madwire360 is.
They hire very "nice" friendly salesmen who really seem to "care" about helping you.
The truth is they are just hoping you will never call or bother them. Bad company, terrible results, do yourself a favor and just start a bonfire with the money, at least you can roast marshmallows!
Wow, Sounds like my experience. Have you noticed that they spend alot of energy (and probably money) making bad reviews/comment disapear from search engines??
The word needs to get out these guys are bad news. I spent over $9,000 by signing a 6 month contract for them to to our marketing.
What a waste and the worst decision of my business. But I'm glad it happened in the early life of my business when I only had $9,000 to spend because if my business was further along, I probably would've lost a lot more money.
Sounds all to familiar. Now I'm having a difficult time finding someone to manage the website. Madwire360 will make changes but I can't justify the fee they charge.
You just described EXACTLY what happened to me. I had to guide them step by step on the entire design process.
Their copy writing looked liked a foreigner wrote it. I even had to tell them to use the same font throughout the site over 5 times. They still haven't corrected it!
Madwire Media / Marketing360 are a complete joke. Save your time, money and sanity and DO NOT do business with them.
